Raw materials and production: The silicon carbide heating element protection tube takes high-purity green hexagonal silicon carbide as the main raw material, and is manufactured through silicidation, recrystallization and sintering at a high temperature of 2200℃. 

Characteristics: It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, fast heat conduction, oxidation resistance, no deformation and no shrinkage at high temperature, high strength, high hardness, good thermal shock resistance, large thermal conductivity and long service life, etc.
